My expectation wasn’t unreasonable, on par with a small open establishment in the mall but even then I left with a very bad feeling over the service and over the whole dinner. Restaurant was out of a dish, which our group waited an hour for, and only after enquiring twice did the manager come and tell us they don’t have the ingredients today. So why not mention it during ordering, nor the first time enquiring, and then only upon second enquiry after a whole hour? When we wrapped dinner and left, manager was right beside us and saw us go without apology or even a goodbye. He said absolutely nothing. I guess that’s how much he valued our patronage. Terrible inexcusable experience. Please learn basic manners in the service industry. I’m boycotting this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located @ 4th floor. Take lift if you are uncomfortable with steep angle escalator. Busy outlet with many tables. Many assistant chefs in kitchen as well as waitor or waitress. Order maybe slow by 30 minutes if it so happens you order teppanyaki plate isn't working. Please follow up closely wit staff. Salmon order rrsulted in 2 thinly slices slightly caramelised fish. Half cooked Beef cubes came almost 1 hour later. Staff did not apologise nor gave any complimentary food while hungry customer was waiting. Carousel sushi plates temps your hands for a quick bite. Refillable hot green tea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This sushi shop is located at the top floor. Environment is normal as it at the central of walking path. Services for us not so well, even the workers pour out the soup,there is no apologies, but luckily the manager apologise and changed another new soup for us. As for food taste, is ok. So overall for me is normal ok.
