We had problems with our tyre while came for a holiday in JB and although we were from KL , Terry was very accommodating to help us and find a solution for us to travel back to KL with peace of mind with our kids.... good job Terry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont send your BMW here. I gave my M5 to them for 2 weeks with a list of things to do. The car was secondhand but new to me so I asked them to do everything on my list that I printed for them. They did nothing but the oil change and then didnt keep a sample of the oil as asked for analysis. They fitted new cam position sensors and didnt check the timing of the engine which was out. Poor communications, cant follow written instructions and dont do a good job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly people and nice environment. Service is ok. Sometime back, I send my car to replace the front windscreen and unfortunately there was a delay due to wrong fixture and problems with the new windscreen. Although I was a bit upset, I am impressed with the due diligent and efficient of the supervisor and the manner he went to resolve the problem. Overall I am satisfied with their level of service. The service advisors are down to earth and very forthcoming. Keep up the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After sales service is becoming poorer as the time goes by. Terry the manager doesn't respond to his cellphone and you can rarely get an update on your car as they have no time for you to even explain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The entire experience of sending your car for service here falls short of perfect - if they can be a bit friendlier at the refreshment area. The call for appointment was promptly addressed, the service registration was quick. The service rep person was thorough in his follow up and explanation.
On the negative side the lady serving refreshment had a sour face on, and didnt look happy when I asked for coffee or pastry. A simple "good morning" or "can I help you" greeting would be sufficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They basically just do free oil change; don't seem able to do anything else. Don't check anything else either. Wheel balancing equipment hasn't been working for weeks. Don't have replacement wiper blades even. Book an appointment for more than an oil change- no problem- but when you arrive you just get an oil change. But it's free: you get what you pay for?
