★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not realy a budget hotel compare to around danga bay. Have to compete with other budget hotels which is good for customers. Used to have 7-11 outlet but not anymore. Dedicated ample parking bays complete with security personel is advantage even though the price a bit pricey. Room and services are standard. Large building, easy to notice beside main road elevated interchange but the access a bit trickey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a last minute booking with a very low rate. When we checked in, we were given a tote bag which includes towels, soap, shampoo, and remote controls. I find this really odd.
Btw, we were only given 1 keycard for each room, which is a pain. What's wrong with giving two? Some of us want to be separated and we don't come back to the hotel at the same time.
And the WiFi was terrible!!! It's as good as no WiFi, cause it's non-existent!! Unable to connect!!!
Please, I know this is a budget hotel, but this is unacceptable!!
On the positive side, the rooms were clean. In fact, very clean for a budget hotel.

I'm one of the regular customer of this hotel and I have never been dissapointed with the services from the first time I stayed until RECENTLY..
The quality of the hotel becoming worse and worse, the toilet is not as clean as last time even the promotion poster is gone !
The bed is very dirty, I believe they did not change or wash the bed sheet from previous customer, my girlfriend got bitten by bed bugs which I forced to move during midnight to another hotel.
Please Tune Hotel, you always been grate, I never had a problem staying here before. I hope you could resolve the cleanliness of the room asap !

The bathroom is full of cockroaches! It's totally a cockroach nest! Called the front desk for a room change, was told that it is fully booked, they ask housekeeping to clean it up, but there were still cockroaches after cleaning! The worst is even beside the bed also can see them! Didn't dare to sleep for whole night! Complaint to the front desk for the next morning and they just perfunctory and didn't really look into it.
I know it is a budget hotel, but the cleanliness is so worst! I never stayed a budget hotel with so much of cockroaches before!
Will never ever book this Hotel again in my life.
