Suggestion: lobby staffs are having too much fun on their own...so much noise like damn

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Try to get my recently bought secondhand proton Inspira to change the disk and brakes pads but was told not sure if got stock or not and they told me to call next day myself if want to know sooo i did the next morning.
Which they say no stock and only pads are available, he told me he would later call me if he was able to order the disk for me but instead i was waiting the whole day for no answer at all.
WHAT KIND OF SERVICE CENTER DON'T HAVE AMPLE AMOUNT OF SPARE PARTS??

Claim a parts need to wait for few months. The worst part is after install the replacement part, the problem did not solved. Due to cannot directly discuss the problem with the mechanic, all problems have to liaise with the sales representative, and if the sales representative who assigned to in charge of my car is on leave, other sales representative unable to assist. What a lousy and inflexible service. Somemore, the sales reprsentative always very busy, call no answer, message read but no reply. Really fed up with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came from Kulai to this Proton Centre because of the review and I am very happy. The hallway is clean and beautifully decorated. The staffs were polite and professional. They didn't put any unnecessary items on my service list before communicate with me. Also, they provided foods and hot drinks, mineral water and comfortable sofa to relax while waiting. Good music too. Thank you Proton 4S Skudai Kiri. Keep up the good work! ??????
