★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service rendered. It took almost 1 week for them to change my car tyre which was under warranty. Every time we send our car for some repair or service it takes days for them to deliver back the car. Being a dealer of a magnificent cars like this they have to be more prompt in dealing with customers. No point having a fast service front office and having a slow moving service at the back. Hope my next trip will be a better one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor workmanship, not up to BMW standard. After sending the car for service, two major problems happened, first the radiator burst right after one week of service.After that the engine dip stick is not properly fit in to the engine cause overflow of engine oil around the engine bay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Test out the new 2 series and I feel that BMW is doing better with Rear wheel drive. Also for about 30K difference, should consider 3 series instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After sales service is very very very bad. Lodge a complaint but not sure if they will act on it.. they returned my car with low fuel in tank cant even reach home....the service rep attitude was bad..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was adviced to leave my car there overnight. The next day went back there to collect my car. To the surprise and shock of my life, they informed me that the car is not ready and not fixed, and couldn't explain anything why did the car not fixed. I had heard many grievances from relatives and friends about the bad service qualities and commitment from them. From this experience, true enough.
