★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleased with the result today. I came in with a broken laptop that wasn’t switching on for over a year with a suspected hardware issue.
The technician Kyo performed a free diagnostics test which isn’t offered in most other places. He then informed me that a software issue was the cause and rebooted the machine and reinstalled a previous version of OS - all of this in under an hour.
The price was brilliant and much cheaper than I expected it to be. I know where I’ll be flying in future if I have any other issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't bother getting a battery replaced, it doesn't work. Took my son's MacBook Pro over to replace the battery, it wouldn't work without plugging it in. They replaced it, immediately my son noted that it charged up, but died within an hour so unusable for school. With all that's going on, we told him to keep using it and see how it went. Within a couple of months back to the same problem, he has to keep it plugged in all the time. That was a 550RM waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate giving bad review. Sent my iPhone X for battery and earpiece fix. Problem solved however the technician accidentally broke all the sensors in the notch including Face ID. My phone is basically unusable and I had to buy a new one.
Pls be careful when fixing around sensors area. Hope it won’t happen to other customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been waiting for 1 half hrs to change phone battery, and suddenly the technician said it cant been done.Such a bad customer experience.Not recommended.If you need to fix your phone, go to professional instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful end to end. Reached out on WhatsApp to get an indication of price and issue and were very responsive. When I got there for some reason my phone couldn’t connect to the diagnosis application so they recommended me a place which could find out why. Helpful, professional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the PJ branch to have my iPad pro fixed for charging issues. Leon was a lifesaver as he managed to get it working again without the need to change any part. This after two apple service centre told me that they can’t fix it and they can offer one to one exchange for RM4,000.00.
Thank goodness for Leon, I didn’t have to buy a new iPad. Definitely recommend his services.

Contacted the available number on the website page. Shared with Jack my MacBook Pro battery issue and he was professional during the phone call. He enquired the model number and provided a quote (for the part and labour).
Made the appointment and the repair process only took about an hour. Jack made sure I understand the new battery that will be used to replace.
The picture shown is the swollen battery that was replaced.
Great service, reasonably priced and Jack really took the time to listen and explain the process throughout my time there.
