★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish to contact Symphony by email. At the moment, there is no email address to request for Annual report & proxy form. Only phone number, which is busy most of the time. Always getting the same answer. All our lines are busy. However your call is very important to us.
Hope there is an email address to contact Symphony. Tqvm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service. We didn't receive Westport annual report. We called Boardroom to ask for proxy form. The person in charge asked us to download the form from the website. Unexpectedly after few days we received the Annual Report by courier service. We would like to say thank you to the person in charge who is very responsible. He did look into the matter and sent us the Annual Report. Anyway we are very doubt the Post Office service , we always do not receive our mails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ using their platform is a pain. Login to attend AGM 30minutes early and wait until after 30minutes, the broadcast is still keep loading without any notification either is connection problem or either is the company cancel the AGM.
