★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best brother svc centre. Sent to another brother at subang, they said it was the printer’s drum broken and need to be replaced. It takes almost 1 MONTH just to diagnose and tests. So, I replaced with new drums, the problems doesn’t solve also
Went to this centre, I just told them the problem, they knew it al’dy. 2 days later repair done. It just a paper stucked in the fuser. Polite staff ??????
But one down point is they don’t pick up calls. Just go straigh away to them ?

They have coffee machines and a lounge area if you choose to wait for your service to get done. They also service the full range of Brothers products it looks like, from printers to seeing machines.

Also, they conduct workshops and training for their range of equipments. Very complete center if you're looking to buy "Brother" appliances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience with Brother customer service. Call to service centre, they ask me send details to WhatsApp number. After WhatsApp, they never reply msg u til 1 week later, I informed that I report to KPDNHEP for consumer rights due to their CARTRIDGES ISSUE. Dear all buyer, please frequently check your ink cartridge everytime you buy. They could have cheating on the volume. Mine was less one quarter for Black ink, while the rest of the colour are in full volume. They keep saying is my machine issue. I even wasted my ink to do deep cleaning for machine the outcome still the same. Ended up still want troublesome me to carry that bulky and heavy machine and ink along to their customer service centre instead of sending ppl come to out place to fix or check. They intentionally do this because they knew many people will feel troublesome and won’t go over to service centre then the case will just be like that. Customer absorb all losses from buying products from them. Never support Brother products anymore and won’t recommend to anyone out there.
CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTITUDE NOT FRIENDLY, RUDE, ARROGANT AND IGNORANCE. After sales service is terrible. Very bad experience
