★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible and slow service. Waited half an hour for our drinks and meal. Ordered pad thai not spicy but end up getting spicy ones. To add on to the disappointment, the hot coffee came after 30mins and was served in a plastic takeaway cup. ??
Wouldn't recommend dining here.

This outlet s.o.p which allow only max 25 customers..but it less. After previous customer left, the staff immediately clean the table and invited next customer and give paper order. The food completed after 10-15 minutes but depend on your orders. Fortunately ,the drink arrived first. Overall ,this outlet gave best service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting for 20minutee but no one came to approach us for the available table, the service super slow, the staff not friendly. Even if they need to clear the table first why not have some courtesy to approach your customer instead of letting them stand for so long? Your customer service is zero. I don't usually write a bad review but when it comes to customer service I'm very particular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miss communication, the staff told me that they have 2 choices was rm2.20 and rm2.80, and i ask what the difference between them, the staff say that rm2.80 have a meatball and bean sprouts, so i ask the staff to make it rm2.20 because I don’t eat the bean sprouts, but when the food is coming, i get the bean sprouts and it spoil my mood to eat the food, basically at that time was not being busy at all, not many customers are there, so I think the boat noodle should improve the staff and the cooker, that’s all from me, thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Boat Noodle for early dinner with my wife. Basically, the food is good but order sheet shows few menus are not available.
Only few customers dine in when we arrived. Therefore, no issue about lateness as the first menu served at our table after 5 minutes of order took place.
