★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Served very poor quality fried chicken... It used to be very good but I don't know why the quality has been downgraded so much. The fried fish slices, boneless chicken and fried wingette are very dried and hard, taste like they repeatedly refried it.
The chicken drumsticks taste not fresh, the meat is tasteless and has lost its tenderness.
Money wasted, time wasted, will never visit anymore.

2. Boneless chicken is a go-to
3. Quite pricey
It was a Plan B to come here because Jollibee was too crowded. I usually purchase an add-on of cheese sauce placed in a basket at the cashier. The boneless chicken was crispy and succulent. Sadly it is quite expensive for 6 pieces and not suitable for brittle teeth. Otherwise worth savouring

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely won’t revisit this branch. Selling chicken but chicken no stock. Asked if they provide gloves, the staff said no stock. Asked if they could provide the bin to throw the bones, the staff said no more. At the end, I found 1 container at near to the trash bin. Like no common sense the staff there. Don’t even have the courtesy to find it then say keep say no. Totally speechless & hopeless with this branch. If everything no more, better just close the store!
I tried few times at NU sentral, it has better service and taste much better than here a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a bold mission statement- daily fresh chicken, no artificial flavoring, additives and MSG. I really like their candid declaration. The chicken has crispy and thin upper skin layer which is quite different from others usually thick and crunchy. The meat is tender and smooth below. Taste wise it is not just savory alone but carries with a tinge of honey flavor. Its potatoes nuggets are nice too. The only drawback is that their tables are just too small making it too cramped for a big person.

My first time trying this brand, ordered the family set, mix flavors of chicken but all tasted similiar. Tofu nuggets weren’t good too.
The 2 things that tasted fine were the rice, and kimchi loaded fries. But, the portion of fries was so pathetic!! Just few pieces and cost RM6.50??
This would be my first and last time trying 4Fingers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally, we used to have a fried chicken that crispy on the outside but moisture inside, but this chicken is crispy outside and a bit dry on the inside. But, I mean in a good way, as it's still delicious. It's just different from what I used to taste in Thailand. This is interesting. And, you can peel all parts of meat off the bone easily. Really want to know their secret. Recommend! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chicken in the burger was dry. Tasted like it was left in the frier too long or re-fry. The regular fries were little. It’s more of small than regular. I have tasted better 4fingers in mid-valley and Singapore. The branch in Sunway Pyramid is terrible. Won’t recommend to dine-in. ??

The portion of fries seems become smaller
They no longer give the bin for chicken bones but the staff gave a small paper box instead.
Foods are ok but feel the quality dropped slightly.
Still not bad as a fast food.
