I tried the Friday promo buy 1 free 1. It still costs around RM80 as need to buy an appetizer.
We sat on the table near the entrance. It was a bit hot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tasty food. Poor service. Waited for more than half an hour to get my meal but those customers came later already got their food (that time not many customers). Had to check with waiter and supervisor. He said that was because they had new cook and not even an apology from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very cozy and comfortable place to dine in with friends and family. I’m a vegan they have plant base burger option that was very awesome.
The server that served us Kumar was so humble and gave us the best service. I also realised it’s a good place to host birthday celebration.

I ordered TGIF SIGNATURE BURGER through Foodpanda and wanted to pick up and go. However, I changed my mind last minute and decided to dine in. Respectfully asking the manager if I could dine in, ended up got rejected. (Well the reason is understandable cause I have to pay SST) Hence, I decided to order one glass of juice just to “dine in”.
The service was under average and disappointing. The point is THE FOOD SUCKS. The beef patty is so dry and tasteless, I can hardly taste the beef flavour. It was oily and greasy. Besides, the bread was watery with the sauce and there is only two pickles inside the burger.
DISAPPOINTING. NOT A TGIF AT ALL.

1) Our food was served real slow. Like waited for 40mins plus minus. Fruit juice also waited almost 30mins, and waiter will say "sorry please wait, they are very busy now". Maybe his english wasnt good to express, but i think drinks serve soon would help very much in bringing customer patience on their meals.
2) when food served by a waitress, after 5minutes a waiter came and tell me "sorry this is not your order" and took it off. Hygeinely speaking (somemore covid period), I was already not on mask and we were chatting infront of this food in close distant. If you serve back this to others, this will be inappropriate. Although i not sure where they take too. And i hope my food wasnt taken from other table.
Food taste wise, mash potato etc is good. But steak is only normal.

Had a bit of hiccup when a fly flew into my friends milkshake but was instantly resolved by the crew by providing us a new cup.
(Not giving 5 stars because the food was cold when I arrived, but the food was still superb)

We went during Mother's Day weekend, so we get 2 discounted meals. Thank you so much
