★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Branding themselves as a boutique developer, they are certainly living up to their promise. Going through the property show cases and show units, one can appreciate the thoughts that go into the planning and execution (although some can be gimmicky, but that's marketing).
The units are impressive and the show units are well built and well laid out. What remains to be seen are the final units and their finishing. But for now, it's 5 stars.
