Room got death croakcoach, walls are mould, bedsheet got holes.... asked the manager came, he just nod and not saying anything, dont even apologise for the bad maintenance. Wth? I thought this is high end hotel but the staff attitude? Buffet is one of the worst hotel buffet ever try, plates and cups are dirty. Some unknown black spot. Highlighted to the staff and they just smile... ???? Smile??? Not gonna back anymore. Super bad experience.
