★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an unit at Garland Residence but subsequently cancelled the booking and submitted the cancellation form on 30/07/2019. After a month followed up with the authorised property agent and he said that my cancellation request was in processing. On 12/09/2019, I called to the department that processes the project’s cancellation requests and got to know that they have to settle the previous buyer’s cancellation, only process the next buyer’s cancellation request by then. The refund process normally will take approximate 4-5 weeks. The PIC informed me that my request should be completed by end of September or early of October. Again, I waited patiently and called to the PIC on 01/10/2019. This time, she asked me to wait for another month as the previous buyer’s refund is still in process and pending at the finance department. This refund issue makes me lost confidence towards this developer. A cancellation request in fact takes AT LEAST 3 months time to get refunded which the other developer takes only less than 2 months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call provided number 27261000 ext 1080 number since last one month for ownership transfer matter . There was no any one pick up the phone and the line was disconnect its self after few second. very frustrated .
i would like to know , did this company is still continue the operation or stop ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not trusted company. The CRM staff not around but the receptionist said she is in the office. They charge me for RM3,000 for late fee but the fault from their appointed legal firm.
