β β β β β I am very disappointed and upset with the service from Syarikat Elektronik Boon Meng.
We purchased an aircon from them, and at the same day of installation, there were some noises coming out from it which had bothered my parentβs sleep.
The next day, I called them regarding this and Boon Meng was kind enough to change the model for me.
After the second installation, the noises re-occurred again at night and my parent couldnβt sleep well. Unfortunately, the aircon is still making noises again.
We spoke to the owner of Syarikat Elektronic Boon Meng (Lilian Lim) and she had the audacity to be rude to me! Her tone was very harsh and curt. She claimed that ALL aircon WILL make the same noises and that weβre being a problem to her. She also asked me to just accept the faulty aircond as to her, itβs just a small issue which she didnβt even bother to care.
She didnβt want to refund the money or change the unit again, and yet, completely ignoring me.
No choice! We have to call back Panasonic Authorised Dealer Mr Kong, I am grateful that he agreed to change a new model for me and has been helpful throughout the process. Do note that Mr Kong doesn't represent Syarikat Elektronic Boon Meng.
This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered! Please share with everyone you know who use air conditioners (and that's pretty much everyone we know in this country) and save them the frustration with dealing with a company who views us not as customers but as problems. Rudeness and pushing away all responsibility should be their tagline. Remember this company, Syarikat Elektronik Boon Meng. They dont even deserve a single star !
