β β β β β So happy that I got to buy my whole house (I was moving into New house) tvs and appliances from DesaHome. After surveys at so many places, DesaHome prices are cheaper and more brands to choose (mostly international brands)
I used 12 mth installment and they delivered and installed nicely, even patiently teach us how to use.

β β β β β Bought item online and paid.... after waiting for item. And item didnt show up i follow up on status. They said out of stock because other customer bought the item i ordered. If out of stock or dont have enough stock then why sell your item online?
If no stock then do not sell item!?
After taking customers money then ask me to top up more $ to change other item? Why would i top up $ if thats not the item i want? Shouldnt your company apologize and compensate customers instead of asking customers to top up $ ???
Why do promo if not enough stock?
Why advertise when you cannot fulfill?
Why do false advertisement?
Why ask customer to top up and get another item?

But beg / hope your electronic do not have issue while on extended warranty!!
So damn difficult to get a support from them and the "Insurance company"
Submitted my issue on Dec 2021, keep calling to follow up all the way until end of Feb 2022 only they willing to come and collect my TV for claim/repair.
And finally now Jun 2022 got a call says my TV done repairing, took back and saw the screen with issue of black color screen become red ..
6mth.. of waiting and now again need to call back and bring it to them.. FFS my patience to them!

β β β β β Bought a Sony OLED TV from them, they gave great discount (for last year's model) and free delivery to my place. The delivery team was also helpful and patience with my request. The TV is in good working condition.
Special mention to SA Juliana at the Sony section in the shop. I went when the shop is 10 minutes to closing, on a Sunday! (sorry for being that late) but she took her time to explain the products to me.
