★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficult to say if this is part of the Bayview City Hotel or just the car park. Whatever it is, it's confusing as the in and out are through the same gate. I believe there is another way out but that too is poorly, no sorry, not sign posted efficiently. We had to queue to exit to allow cars to enter!! You have a 15min window to exit but with the same way in and out with ONE gate you could get stuck at busy times. What happens then is anyone's guess. Been here once before and found it confusing then too. Not not easy!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building housed Bayview Hotel which we stayed for 2 nights. Everything about this building is OK except access to the elevated parking space which is not clearly visible with sharp corner required. May not be easy for novice driver like me.
