★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No communication among other departments, I was informed by the nurse 8AM to take an ultrasound. After arriving to the ultrasound department, the nurse told me the doctor will be available on 930AM. Okay, it's fine, I waited until 10:45am then only start taking ultrasound. So can pay me back my 2.5 hours just to do a ultrasound? The bladders have to be full only can do ultrasound, how long do you want me to hold?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well recommended hospital and services in those years. Recently notice the front desk are short assistance to serve the patients. Always the front desk not at the place and patient have to wait for quite sometimes. Patient have to put the registration form on the desk without assistance and without any waiting time to be informed. Please observe the clinics at 7th floor to ensure at least 2 person in the front desk. Thank You!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience I’ve ever encountered. No care for the patient at all. Went to emergency On the (14/2). After checking I was asked to wait for the appointment sheet and medication. Waited an hour just to get an appointment sheet for (15/2) appointment at 10:50am room 401.
Then when I arrived on time, I asked the receptionist after 20minutes wait, she told me the doctor has 4-5 more patients to go! What’s the point of making an appointment if you are going to be super late for it! I’m so appalled. I understand you have other patients as well, but waiting for few hours before my turn is just too much. Cancelled my appointment for another hospital that will take better care for their patients.

Even when you make appointment, you will have to wait around 1 to 1.5 hours even when there are few people. The hospital certainly doesn’t value your time at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst private hospital in Klang Valley. no priority for child and elderly. long wait like gov hospital. if u're looking for treatment or emergency, dont come here. patient can die waiting. doc like houseman. no experience. Pantai KL 1000x better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sime Darby Medical Centre or also known as Ramsay Sime Darby Health Care in Subang Jaya SS12 has a dedicated vaccine centre. I would like to give my feedback for the vaccine centre on first floor @Mediplex. They offer the HPV(human papilloma) vaccine for women who did not receive the vaccine at age of 13-14 years during school before the government implementation of the vaccine in year 2010. I paid in full price for the three doses (Package A - RM1510).
On the first date, I made payment and receive the first dose on same day. I had to wait an hour and a half, place is big but waiting is long, after waiting, received jab by Doctor in one of the room at the centre.
The second dose date, with appointment at 8am, I had to wait an hour before jab and the staff who gave me the jab told me next time to come later, because they have crowd waiting for COVID vaccine. At that time, the vaccine centre was not full when I came at 8 am and I also have had appointment ahead I feel this is unfair as I am also a customer with appointment. Second dose jab given swiftly in a room for covid jab, not same room as first.
For the third dose, also with appointment, and I asked for 8am through call, but one of the staff here called weeks before my appointment to tell me to come in later in the morning at 11am, and I didn’t have much choice at this in the conversation (call), So I came at 11am on the day, i still had to wait 45 minutes there, receive jab administered by staff in a room that is for covid vaccine jab.
It is not everyone that can manage to make appointment at their suggested time, what is the point of making appointment early at a vaccine centre. This vaccine centre from my experience prioritise COVID vaccine. Customer who pays full and have set appointment ahead did not receive good service in all appointment visits. Having a dedicated vaccine centre here is more of use of space than service.
If you have another choice to get HPV vaccine or any other vaccine, its much likely better to go to another hospital / clinic.It was not a nice experience for me in all the process from payment to first, second and third dose in along the 6 months.
