★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for pcr test. No queue so I did it within 10 mins. However, the doctor was superrrrrrrr dupeerrr rough. He just stab my nose and throat and it was super painful, i teared lol. This is my second time doing pcr test. The first time i did it in a hospital and it didnt hurt at all because the doctor that time was gentle. But this….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my father in law with renal failure for simple haemoglobin and renal function test at your Kora Bahru branch on 30/1/22. After one week, 6/2/22, there were still no result informed to you. When we called the branch, they say it is the HQ at glenmarie that has delayed the release of result. They promised to trace, but after so many days, there is no answer yet. I called just now, they asked me to call HQ directly! HQ only machine answered but cant get anyone!! I am a medical doctor and I must say this sort of service is inexplicable these days in our country. I have used services of many labs, never have I encountered such long, intolerable delay for such simple test. May be you have your reasons but I would like to hear your explanation!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pre-purchase the voucher for Covid RT-PCR test using touch n go app, and much cheaper during the promotion up to 40% off, or can purchase online using the kiosk there. Just a few ppl queuing when I reached there Saturday morning around 9.15am. The whole process from registration to getting RT-PCR test is just less than 10 minutes. I received the results through email and Doctor2U app in about 6 hours later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know why this is panel with my chiropractor. I would like to get the mc after my check up session because the place is far from my home and I don't have car. So I took public transport and the traveling time to reach is more than an hour. I ask for mc but of course I understand they being "strict" because I didn't take consultation from them. Give me time slip but can't understand if I reach my work place will be another 1 hour plus. And by the time I reach my work place maybe only 2 hours left to work anyway. I come for my health checkup for scoliosis tho. If we really said how important health to the people, why make it hard?! And the staff at the counter and Dr is not friendly at all. Only the people in x-ray is nice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no proper changing room for the women especially. Was told to clutch my blouse and my bra in my hands and walked in my hospital gown from the X-ray room to the mammogram room which was close to the open waiting area. I felt the management could do better by providing a bag or a basket to put our change of clothes.
As the toilet is at the reception area, you need to carry your bottle of pee and walked through the queue to get to the pee drop box..
One more area the management should consider is to announce that for Head2Toe screening, ultrasounds, stress tests etc are fully booked till Feb end. These will alert the travelers especially those who have a near departure dates. I only realized this when I tried to make a booking.
Overall I find the price is reasonable and the staff who served me are friendly and nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went today (23/7/2021) at 10:30am to do RT-PCR test and finished around 10:45am. There was no queue outside. The security was helpful. He will ask if you’ve booked online or walk-in and will let you in after you scanned MySejahtera and get your temperature checked.
The registration tent is close to the entrance so you don’t have to walk far.
Again, not many people queuing for registration too.
The person in charge of the registration was friendly and quick. They will ask you to double check your name and IC/passport.
After registration, the test area was just next to the registration tent. The test was quick and I guess a bit painless. The person who did my test was nice and was not rough at all.
They said my test result will come out in 24 hours. I bought the voucher online and it is valid for 6 months.
Overall good experience with BP Healthcare in Glenmarie despite some of the bad reviews here.
I hope my review will be helpful to people who are looking to do Covid-19 test here.
Update
I received my result on the same day (23/7/2021) around 5pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reached the centre at around 2pm. The queue was only 2 person there and I was the no.3 person queuing for registration. Counter registration and take the Swab just take within 15mins to complete. Super fast and efficient. Thanks to the Indian doctor she was so friendly and nice.
The same day I received the report via WhatsApp around 8pm+. This was just 6 hours after the Swab.
Super fast to get to know the result. Thank you bp for your service.
