β β β β β swabbing activity for PCR will only start at 8am. best to pre purchase the PCR online and just present the QR to the staff to register, save time and minimize contact. after lunchtime, swabbing will continue from 1.30pm to 3.30pm. parking can be a nightmare around here. expect long waiting time due to crowd build up after 8.30am.

β β β β β Did a PCR test for travel purposes on Saturday morning. No crowd at 8am, test was conducted in open area in front of the shop. Registration was quick with minimal contact if you paid for the test online and show staff the QR code. Got the results back at night around 10:45pm. Highly recommended PCR test for travel.

β β β β β Was very pleasantly surprised by the speed, convenience and quality of service by BP healthcare kepong!! I came to do my pre-flight PCR test in the morning and everything was really smooth, I arrived and queued up around 9:30 and no joke I finished swabbing and everything by 9:35!!!
There was only 1 person in front of me at the time and to make sure everything goes faster you can pre-pay for the test on the BP website and just show the voucher. This happened also during the flood disaster so they did mention that they were understaffed but they still did their best to attend to everyone to the best of their abilities.
Also, I came in not really knowing what to expect like what details I needed to give and all that but the health professional or admin (i'm not sure) who attended to me straight up asked if I was an air flight passenger and how many hours was given to take this test before the flight etc so I didn't need to worry about missing any details. I think they are really well prepared for those who are taking their pre-flight PCR test and I got the results on the day itself through whatsapp and email at around 10:30 pm.
The healthcare professional conducting the swab test was also very gentle and explained everything swiftly but kindly before proceeding. Would definitely recommend this place!!! Keep up the good work!!! <3

β β β β β This was the rude nurse mentioned by Wil Ken. She was so rude as she raised her voice towards me asking me to put the adhesive label at the right place and asking me and others to tilt our head until she satisfied with you position with such a high intonation voice (I'm sorry, you are being paid, thus please mind your manners! You can just ask politely and nicely - and there's no harm of being nice to people as you are in a servicing line!) And then she poked my nose roughly like she's having some sort of avenge or hatred feeling towards me. FYI, I had been through this swab thingy thrice and BP Kepong was the worst and it hurt so much - Selayang Hospital (for free in March 2020), Park City Medical Centre (10 days ago) and today was the worst ever experience that I have ever had due to the following reasons (1) the rudeness of the person who took the swab (2) one needs to stand while being swabbed (3) the samples WERE NOT IMMEDIATELY put into an iced container as the sun already shone onto the samples (when being asked then the rude nurse put them into an iced container) and (4) no proper waiting place for those who queuing for the test. Please, if you have better options, opt for it!

β β β β β I was here for swab test. Not sure what are the other reviews on about, but my experience with this branch is good, staffs are friendly and quite efficient. The only negative thing about this branch is the queue can be really long. But it's worth it since you get to see the pretty nurses, hehe.
Edit: Came back again at 2022 March for check up. My experience is still pleasant. Again, you get to see friendly and pretty nurses, hehe.

β β β β β Bad experience with the full packages of health screening!when we make appointment they should tell us we need to do some of the test at others branch,they didnβt!!We get to know when we reach the lab!And they said βi dont know who is the one who make the appointment for you?β Isβt this is the excuse for me to go 2 branches to do the full packages?? And tell me whatβs over : βyou can make another day for the test / you can go to the branch now but i cannot make sure how long you need to waitβ
In term of this ,your company may mention in the packages (some of the test might need to do at others branch)!!!

β β β β β Very efficient service. Went there on a Saturday morning around 8.30am to do a PCR and there was already a queue of at least 10-15 people yet everything was done within 5 mins. There will be the healthcare workers coming around to assist you in registering as you queue. You will need to queue outdoor at the alley right beside the shop. SOPs were exercised well. The person who swabbed me was super friendly and very reassuring. I would suggest buying the PCR test online and just show them the QR code (which will be given after purchasing online) to them which also speeds up the service. Carpark wise on a Sat morning was fine, plenty of shop-lot parking spaces. Results will be given via the Doctor2U app.

β β β β β Came for PCR test on Friday morning 10am which payment was already made in prior online. There were about 4-5 people queuing however The staff there was very responsive and attentive. Everything was completed in less than 5 minutes.
