β β β β β I want to complain your Indian staff , her service is very bad , attitude also bad . After taking the blood , my blood suddenly came out a lot but she ignore me after I informed her. She just asked me to wash and wait for her. What is this service ?

β β β β β Very terrible blood taking experience, I think the staff is inexperienced, caused a big area bruise on my hand, I never experienced such big area of bruise even during blood donation.

β β β β β Worst experience ever. The indian staff seemed to have no experience and unprofessional at all. Did not even disinfect before bloodtaking, pierced the needle straight into my arm quickly and started drawing like doomsday is coming. Gave me a big big bruise on the wound. Also complained to the receptionist but she didn't seem to be apologetic whatsoever either. Strongly not recommended!! Please take this matter seriously Pathlab Malaysia. This kind of service attitude and skills are way below par.

β β β β β Excellent ? experience and explanation by Ms.Sri ,. very happy and would bring my whole family for health screening here soon . We don't get any difficult situation as per other bad review,,,wonder ? why it's bad, when everyone here is friendly and cooperatives. Ms Sri keep up the ? good work. One day hope you can be a professional health consultant.

β β β β β Good service experience with Sree. When we first entered the shop, Sree was busy serving other patients. In charge of multiple roles including front desk, answering phone call, making appointments and withdrawing blood, yet she is still very friendly and loving. 5 stars for Sree! She deserves a pay rise!
