★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop staff so bad service even the manager also same .. I had bought some herb there ,it not expensive herbs and I bought 10 packs. After 2 days I found out short 1bag . So I just go back and tell the staff but they straight always refuse me and not admit for their mistake . They only want business, after sales service for them is nothing .. I always buy things there, but they really disappointed me

Dis happens today at village mall kepong branch. De service of dat old lady aunty is not friendly. Answer to our queries vy unpoliteful. Seems like uneducated type of ppl. D young man whom is beside him does act like her vy polite wif his answering & service.
Pls educate dat old lady aunty. Be her is de lady boss thr or a stuff working thr. Juz answer politely wen customer enquire anything from dis shop. I'm sure thr is room for improvements in dis shop. Tqvm.
