★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always conducted my yearly body check-up over here. Both blood and treadmill. But have not been going there for 2 years to try out Regency and KPJ. Went back recently to enquire on their packages. No joke, the impression they give me is that of not wanting any business. The bosses must have treated th so badly for them to behave in such indifference. Sad actually.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know if the boss of BP LAB will see this but if you do, kindly urge your staff PICK UP THE PHONE. We called the branch for not less than 7 times in the morning, no one picked up the phone. We tried our luck around 3.30pm today but it's also the same situation. It could be really frustrating for someone like us who need the information urgently. If the staff there continues acting in this irresponsible way, I'm sure that it would be detrimental for the business as there are bunch of health screening centres nowadays in Malaysia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im not having any test yet there just helping my friend to find lab test for her. Just by calling..the staff r really friendly and help me alot..giving all the details needed.waiting for my friend to take some test there n update how it goes.thanks.hope it help
