Rude and unpleasant attitude when we gave a phone call. It's a lady who answered the phone call. When we further asked for the checkup packages, the lady gave us an unpleasant response and showed frustration to us, absent manner.

Was there for health check-up but ended up being served with a bad temper fat looking lady. Other staff was friendly and nice. If you ever see her trying to serve you, you'll get what I mean. She has a bad temper and also bad attitude, her role is to guide us to understand our health situation but instead she just ignore us. I hope management take a closer look into this matter.

I was served by a very rude, ignorant and irresponsible employee, Ms Mak Pei Wen. I was told that I could get my report the next day after I did my body checkup yet no news from them. I called her on Monday morning and she sounded very rude and impatient said that she is BUSY and no time to bother about my case and SHE KNOW WHAT TO DO? And I went to BP in the afternoon and she said the report is not done yet even its already two days after my body checkup (she said I could get it the next day). When I questioned her that shouldn't I get the report by yesterday as what you told me on phone before I booked for medical check up, then she start the 'blame game' and said that who told me that. Then she said she will contact me later cuz SHE IS BUSY. I told her my cases is unique I do not deal directly under the company's HR so I need the medical report and email it myself. She called me soon after to come and collect the medical report. When I reach there (in less than 10 mins) she told me that OH I CANT GIVE U THE REPORT BY LAW and I ALREADY SEND IT TO UR COMPANY HR. FYI I paid for the medical check up by myself yet she said I couldn't get the medical report and before this I already told her my case is different but she is being ignorant and does not listen to what I said. Then after communication with the company and her, I went again to collect and she was being very rude and said "why you come now? I haven't even call you., the report is not done yet". But she is the one that asked me to collect earlier on and said that she had already emailed it to my company? But then she said that I have to wait for 10mins to collect the report? I think she don't even know what she is doing and yet being ignorant and arrogant thought that she know everything but she actually knows nothing but not willing to listen to others. And I forced to travel 3 times to BP Healthcare because of her ignorant and irresponsibility. This is a very bad experience and I would not return to BP Healthcare Kuantan anymore.

Took my mom for a blood test screening today. Ms. Tay, the lady that was attending to my mom was outmost professional. Very meticulous and carefully select the correct area and veins to withdraw blood. My mom is 75years old. Everything was carried out in less than 20mins. My mom said she never experienced such comfort while withdrawing bllod samples.Kudos to Ms. Tay and BP. Great job and dedicated staff.

I taken the medical checkup service! And it went very well. The staff there are tremendously amazing and kind. They assist me on every step of the way.. Totally worth it! Seriously you have to seek and find by yourself whether it is truly worth the dollar! For sure will be there if I ever have any health problems! THANK YOU BP HEALTHCARE FOR THE HOSPITALITY! โค๏ธ
