★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a PCR test after 10d home quarantine. As I arrived early I completed the registration and tests in 30 minutes. Got the results the next day and updated the MySejahtera to reflect actual scenario. Dr. Tan later called to inform that he needs to update KKM on the results and check on the situation. He patiently answered several of my questions and makes me feel alright. So pleased with the services of O2 clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RTK n PCR Compare to other clinic this one is cheap. But nurse services please upgraded! The way you talked the gesture and attitude here very low.
Remember, without patients you are nothing, you dont get ur salary. So please put respect to your customer.
Talk nice, polite and friendly! Not rude and like a robot. We just shocked how you treated customers.. no greeting, no smile, and felt rude.
I dont know if that is standard culture here or just person. But overall mostly behavior like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service. Nurse at front desk inform the customer about PCR that really want to travel need to proceed the swab test 2 days before flight time . So you won’t rush the O2 staff . We went there for PCR and travel purpose and within 48 hours able to get result! ? the price also affordable rm180 per pax

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been patronizing O2 Aesthetic for almost 2 years. Dr Tan solved my pigmentation problem. With regular laser treatments, my skin remain smooth and radiant. Dr Tan able to explains in an amicable manner while his assistants are highly attentive. Good job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never go to O2 for Antigen test. Despite charging RM48 for it, they use the cheapest antigen test (Neugene) which is widely available at RM5.00 per set. And worst of all, the person that administered the test, just inserted the swab into your nostril and immediately pull out, without even twisting it for a few seconds. At that moment I knew the results will be inaccurate. The results turned out negative despite I was having covid symptoms. Hence I went to another clinic to do a PCR, and the results is positive,
I just wonder why the government doesn't regulate their standard of service? Can you imagine their careless way of administering the test would have misled so many and resulted in further spread of COVID!
