★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service. The staff was very kind and the swab collection was very fast. Reached at 08.30 AM and the swab was tested at 05 PM evening and the result was received at 02 AM next day morning. Cost for RT PCR test was 180 RM after taking voucher from Oscar Holidays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there before 8am and there were already people queueing. The tests were conducted past 8:30am and they were very efficient (took only a few seconds for the swab). Results came out before 11pm. Be sure to check your spam mailbox if you use gmail. The staff wrongly keyed in my details so need to wait till the next morning to call the branch and received amended details. Really helpful and efficient branch. Would totally get tested here for my future flights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To verify their own PCR report with doctor's stamp, they charge a separate 36. Ridiculous pricing and service. Only advantage was that their result came out within 12 hours.
Their report is also lacking with necessary informations needed by Japanese immigration authorities and might need to verify thus have to pay the additional fees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended to go. Service is slow, no clear direction of what to do next or what’s the entire step. The radiologist is the slowest and I have to wait for her for almost 2 hours that I have to result to take the day off. I booked the appointment in early morning and the receptionist told my all would be done within the hour. But no, I’m still stuck here until noon because the radiologist is so unprofessional and would not want to start my assessment on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came for a swab test and the nurse was rude. After entertaining the person in front of me, I greeted her "pagi" and was rudely replied "ya, bagi saja booking". It was already difficult to hear with our masks on and she spoke fast. Horrible!
Other nurse was better but at the same time was rough with her swabs
We were referred to this place by an agent who told us they were opened on Sunday. We came from Paradigm Mall and it was closed. Definitely wasted our time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Referred to here to perform the rest of my check up from Cheras as one of the machines has broken down. Made the appointment at 8am. There’s no crowd but the reception staff is ridiculously rude. Has the audacity to ask me to wait because the radiologist has not arrived yet. Why bother confirming the appointment if 8am is no go? Also expect me to wait for the radiologist to show up without an ETA, and I don’t even know how that person is going to look like. So much for coming earlier to finish this quick.
