★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors' treatment and nursing services OK but facilities sucks! Unable to adjust centralised air cond makes fever patients suffer. Toilet cisterns nvr been replaced since build this medical centre? Need to improve cleanness. Ward beds too bad. Overall not worth for money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time ever admitted in the hospital. I was admitted for 5 days. Service is too good. Doctor comes on time to check the patient. He explained every details to the patient and kin. Nurses also on time in giving their service. Quick responses from them and very helpful. Room wise very clean. Room Cleaning twice a day plus they washed the bathroom carefully. I have to compliment on their food.. it was very tasty and you will be given a menu to choose for your next day meal. From breakfast, lunch, tea time and dinner. Food was served on time too. Two things i have to give comment for improvement; Mosquitoes came from the ventilation from my bathroom. Not sure with other rooms. I can see a huge drain nearby the hospital. Another thing is about the waiting time to get approval. It took longer time if hospital needs to get approval from the insurance. Be it during admission or discharge. However, I must say that in Overall i had a very good experience with this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my medical checkup here for the first time on 19-20/06/2018. What can I say, the services are beyond expectations as the clinic staff and nurse staff really helpful and friendly. Even the Doctor is soft spoken and well attentive as well as provides details explaination about my conditions. I am a happy customer. Overall experience is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi. At first when I saw the previous reviews, I'm quite worried to be admitted here since I'm in a rush to find hospital that accept positive covid patient that wants to quarantine.
Since Damai Service Hospital accept covid patient, I went straight there.
Turns out, it was not as bad as the people reviewed about the hospital.
The staffs (nurses and doctor) were all very friendly and helpful and always ready to attend to me.
When their shift change, they mentioned it to me that at a period of time during the shift change, the other staff might be late.
The doctor tried to let me discharge early due to my stable condition, but because Malaysia practice 10 days quarantine, so they had no choice but for me to finish the quarantine until the end.
The food was also nice.
Definitely recommend this private hospital if any one wants to do their quarantine here.
(I only went to private hospital to quarantine because my insurance company said I can claim)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here for two days. Only a few staff friendly. Most of them look like they hate their job so don’t expect anything nice around here. With the price they are charging you would want to get a proper treatment. The doctors and wifi deserved a star each. There is a patient in our ward whose been talking in a phone like she owned the f buildings. The nurse just act like nothing should be done. It’s tiring when u can’t get a comfortable rest. Tbh, not going to come here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfair dismissal of staff. Trick one into a "permanent" position only to find out that he/she was an intern and would be terminated within 3 days. Such "professionalism" in this so called hospital? Good luck.
