โ โ โ โ โ Hi BP Rawang. I called you a few times, everyday since last 2 weeks but no one picked up the calls. I think better you just throw your phone or give someone who really needs phone. Just waste your telco bill only.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst customer service, you'll regret of visiting, I've went twice but same experience both time (weekday and weekend), lack of manpower to test covid-19 patient and treat normal patient, they will not serve even after half and hour.

โ โ โ โ โ The service is ridiculous. Says 7:30am open for business. Arrived at 8:30am. Thereโs a sticker on the glass door says โPCR test cannot enter. Please wait outsideโ so bunch of us waited outside for 20 minutes. The staff just sit there and ignore us for the past 20 minutes. Until someone finally ring the doorbell and ask then she just said โPCR test at 930amโ. Hello? Donโt you have the courtesy to at least inform when you see a bunch of people standing outside and wait? This is the classic โIโm not paid enoughโ or โthis is not my jobโ trait. Do re-educate the staffs for BASIC customer service.
