★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The indian man who was at the desk outside the door doing registration was rude. There were people standing every where on the left and right and there was no sign to say where we should start to queue. I was shocked when he told me rudely to queue up. I confronted the guy that he was rude but he said that he was just guiding me. BP LAB, you should consider sending your staff for training on how to be polite. I left the place and headed to another location where they offer the same services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to do my second swab here. The lady staff was very helpful. I was guided throughout the whole process from registration until the test itself. They were all very soft spoken and my swab test was done gently. Kudos.
The result took longer than other BP branch eventhough there was no one there when i came. But still within 24 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent facilities set up but poor service by service counter person. Was there for check up today and the person working today morning at counter 2 was treat me like an alien. Never great or reply when greated, smile or even she was hesitated to touch my hand and draw blood sample. I am wondering which such people even accept the job or hired if they are not friendly or don't have the customer service oriented attitude. Totally disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first time I did the PCR test and the nose was not inserted to bleed, and it felt good but only a little itchy. At here I would like to especially evaluate that Chinese lady has very good skills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for a pre-departure PCR test. Paid and registered online, but I still had to wait for 1 hour as they work on a first come first serve basis. They allow asymptomatic and symptomatic people to test simultaneously with just 1 testing queue and 1 station. I didn’t have COVID prior to going there, but there’s a definite chance I was was exposed to positive individuals there. There was no supervision with regards to the line - people in the line weren’t respecting social distancing rules and the person behind me was coughing at me the entire time (1 hour). Would not recommend this outlet for PCR testing, especially if you are likely negative and only require testing for work/travel purposes.

The staff were friendly (especially, the Chinese lady at the customer service desk made sure to explain the process very well, and made it all smooth). Received my result within 24 hours as promised. The test result is professional and meets all travel requirements)
