It happened to me that double payment for same amounts. However calling to branch for an hour but no response from them. After connecting, but they said need few hours to come back due to they are busy at the moment.
Very in doubt this is services from brand outlet on handling the customer issue.

Brands outlet is known for the prices with their combo offers. But I didn't see that now
