β β β β β The staffs here were very rude! Especially the Chinese lady i think the supervisor. Iβm about to buy but because of her mouth, i put the clothes back and bought mine at uniqlo!
Vior lost a customer just because of their staff rude mouth. Will never enter this brand again. Management please do advise your staff !

β β β β β My fiance and I like your brand and product. We love the design and quality.
However we had bad experience today when we visited the Sunway Velocity outlet 30Nov2019 7.30pm, the staffs were very rude!
All staff showed black face when facing customer, but they were very happy when they play around with each others.
We understand that the garment limit of 5 per each fitting is to avoid long queue. But the staff told us in a rude way that "only 5 pieces allowed" when there is no one using and queueing for the fitting room. And even no other customer at the store at that moment.
This defeats the purpose if your brand's mission is looking to promote a strong customer centric culture.
We hope that by the next time we visit, there would be action taken and the service would be improved, as "talent and human asset development" is one of your core value. Looking forward to support Voir when your service quality is better.
