When I went there I have 2 option in mind but it's sold out but then the staff manage to assist me and get a similar wallet. Overall I have a nice experience there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last month I went to sunway velocity branch with my friends. First time was a guy serving us with great service, we not purchase on the spot but we went back after 20mins. When we back there the guy is not around, then another Malay ladies serving us. She is very no manners , not answer our question well, and even didn't say thank you after we make purchase. Serving customer with a poker face no smiling . I am very disappointed, next time I go there will look for other sales person. And we complaint at their FB before，didnt gave any respond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service and stereotypical service, you’re just braun buffel in Sunway Velo, you’re not Hermès in KLCC! No offence to Hermes. But mainly branch manager please give some training to your staff, we are there to spend happiness.
