β β β β β Plenty of choices at affordable prices with incredible designs that you hardly find outside. As low as RM100 you can buy one set of Malay traditional costumes.
Unfortunately, I have a bad experience in this shop. This is the first time I visit here as I am planning to buy myself a baju kurung and Raya is around the corner. As a non-Muslim Malaysian, this is my very first time buying baju kurung. Overall is good. But I have to mention that judging your customer while she is in the fitting room is not good customer service should have. Trying two sets of baju kurung within 8 minutes, for me is acceptable but not for the staff there. During I'm putting on those two sets of dresses, I can hear that the staff outside are judging me regarding why I take so long time in changing my clothes in the Malay language. They didn't plan to stop judging me maybe because they think I'm not familiar with Malay (?) Keep saying "lambatnya" to your customer showing you have this kind of poor customer service. One of them said that I'm the one who does not have puasa but worse than those who are having puasa.
As a Malaysian, I respect all my Muslim friends practice their puasa but it is not an excuse that you can blame me for changing two sets of clothes within 8 minutes. And it is not a reason that you can show this type of unrespectful attitude towards your customer.
Please use the same attitude toward every customer without any discrimination because we are all Malaysian. Malaysia is a multicultural country and we should celebrate our differences but not try to differentiate each other.
In the end, I have bought one set of clothes although I experienced the judging behaviour from them. I planned to use their tailoring service but didn't use it due to their attitude which make me disappointed. Would not visit this shop again due to the worst boutique experience that I have had.
