★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a jade pendant justnow and after paying for it they brought the jade in their service room to clean it but when presented to us, it's another piece because I clearly remember the size of that item and when confronted they said no they didnt change it at all. I know what i saw and eventhough it's the same design but i clearly know the details of the design. Disappointed
