The shop assistant, Nicky, doesn't give the correct information regarding the products as he gave me wrong info that shoe with extra width need to go small half size. After I purchased it, just realised that the Brooks website encourage people to buy shoe with 1/2 size bigger to accommodate the shoe size. Avoiding this shop at all cost.

Would give 0 stars if possible, TERRIBLE SERVICE provided by the shop assistants, THEY JUDGE A PERSON BY HOW THEY DRESS, as I was just wearing t-shirt along with shorts and slippers. WASTED ALMOST AND HOUR OF MY TIME BEING THERE! DISRESPECTFUL! SHAME ON BROOKS TO HAVE SUCH A LOUSY EMPLOYEE 1) "EVERY CUSTOMER IS VIP NONSENSE" Entered the shop and WAITED for quite awhile to be served, at that moment there was only 1 customer and 2 sales person. They kept talking to that customer telling him they treat all customers like VIPs, asking him to recommend them to his friends when they heard him mentioning he was friends with CEO CEOs and rich people. While here I was waiting thinking "Am I a customer? why don't I feel like a VIP, I've been waiting here for such a long time for someone to come assist" DOES IT REQUIRE 2 PEOPLE TO SERVE 1 CUSTOMER? 2) DISCRIMINATION As someone with wide feet, I have a limited amount of shoes to pick from and know what type of shoes is suitable and comfortable for my feet. Which was why I decided to check if Brooks had the suitable shoes. When I was finally served, I told the sales person about having wide feet, I was looking at the display rack for nice suitable shoes to try and he told me those shoes on display are not suitable for me and asked me to wait while he take some shoes from the storage for me to test. I THOUGHT he was professional and was picking the right shoes for my case. HOW WRONG WAS I, the shoes (4 in total) he took out were uncomfortable to wear, I told him several times that the shoes were not suitable for me and were uncomfortable. However he kept telling me to test them out and keep changing in between to see which fits better and not want to let me try other shoes. The other sales person wanted to let me do the feet test that they had but HE INSISTED NOT to let me do the test and resume trying the 4 uncomfortable shoes. NOT ONLY WERE THE SHOES HE TOOK OUT UNCOMFORTABLE, THEY LOOKED WORN AND OLD!! 3) SUDDENLY NOWHERE TO BE FOUND When you think things couldn't get worse, it does! (Thinking back, how dumb of me to waste my time trying the same uncomfortable shoes) As I was trying out the 4 uncomfortable shoes again and again, SUDDENLY THE GUY SERVING ME WAS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. The guy decided to GO OUT AND LEFT US ALONE DUMBFOUNDED WAITING FOR HIM! WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE IS THIS? HOW CAN YOU SERVE SOMEONE HALFWAY AND LEAVE THE SHOP WITHOUT INFORMING THE CUSTOMER? He could have assigned the other sales person to help me out but he left just like that. After that, I told the other shop assistant that WHO WAS BUSY on her PHONE that I was leaving. Ended up going to ASICS where the sales persons were HUMBLE and provided good and quick assistance that within 10 minutes, I was able to get a pair of comfortable shoes to wear.
