★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kedai kecil,tak banyak pilihan kasut yg ada,aksesori pun tak berapa banyak,maybe stock habis atau mmg tak bawak masuk stock banyak.saiz kasut pun banyak yg habis.
Small shop, there aren't many shoe options available, there aren't many accessories, maybe the stock is out or I didn't bring in a lot of stock. The size of the shoes is also a lot out of stock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This afternoon, one male cashier was very rude and had a substandard attitude towards me. Basically he shouted at me for stepping unknowingly on some receipt lying on the floor. I expected better from a reputable shoe company like Vans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This afternoon. I called this shop to enquire the limited edition shoes. The staff can't even speak a single English word. All he replied was in BM. Please train your staff members with some basic English words. Not everybody speaks BM here. Not everybody is Malaysian living in Penang now.
Working in service line basic language skills is needed.
