New owner offering retreat ie accommodation, food & premises for any gathering by an organization. over 30 years Caretaker ensures a good & enjoyable stay. Lorry load your supplies & they will gladly cook up a storm. Though it’s over 120 years old, solid wood marks the quality woodwork. Many traditional 1893 fittings mesmerizes your sight on it’s beautiful handy wood work. Solid building & extended attached bathroom for modern convenience. Over 26 rooms with double beds + attached bathroom. Over 20 double decker bed for male dorm. Lovely lovely penang view over looking Butterworth & breezy wind as you enjoy d splendid view. Strong mobile & broadband connection @ premises. A 30 minutes 4x4 drive up & down few steep bends was handled skillfully & smoothly by Mr Lim. Enjoy & book early as it’s a hot place for any retreat ?
