I went to this salon for an eyebrow and eyeliner embroidery package at 399 rm
on 25 janvier I ask for the same esthetician as my friend because she said it was gentel
They told me it gonna peel after 3 days I left home for 3 days with swollen eyes and incredible fatigue I can't even open them and I'm impatiently waiting for the peel 01/29 it's done and surprise nothing above!!! it's supposed to have stayed a few months and nothing I contact them for a refund they strictly refuse and tell me to give me a touch up ? did you hear that? they want to say to do it again but as they are ashamed they tell me touch up at no additional cost! the nerve they have !!
I say I'm not ready to do it again or trust them again I ask for a 50% refund they refuse and tell me it's my fault it's me who chose this beautician
I will make a police report that I will share soon in a next opinion and tell you the rest
Ps: they redo it for my friend also because after peeling it s was really bad and she couldn t see it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Brow & Co on 19 March 22 took rm399 package of eyebrow and eyeliner embroidery, I am quite happy with joey service, she is very experienced, patient and understand what I wanted, their product didn't make me sensitive and the outcome on my eyebrows and inner eyeliner is very satisfied❤️, somemore with this promotion price there is nothing to complain at all.
What they done was out of my expectation. Last but important, they never hardsell or push me to other package products. ?
Keep on this excellent service girlsss? good job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time I did my eyebrows with them several years ago it was good. A couple of years ago they seemed to have changed the product. It faded very quickly after few months. And the eyeliner faded altogether right after peeling. Huey asked me to come back to touch up. Been doing that over and over and the results were still very disappointing. At one point Huey was rushing and my eyebrows were crooked. The whole experience was disappointing.
