★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Andy is the one vet that I would 100% trust my cats' lives with, so when he opened his own clinic, I am more than willing to switch to his as the No.1 vet clinic to bring my kids to. He will patiently answer any and every question you have, and his empathy with your cats' (and cat parents') predicament is outstanding. Wholly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic can walk in on morning session for consultations but brace yourself with long queue, especially on weekends! You can book your appointment slot on evening session tho, but Sunday only half day so I waited for my turn. This clinic run by 1 vet and 1 staff only for now but people come here still as Dr Andy is well-known for his love and caring for the cats. He will be gentle with your cats and will answer all your questions during consultation and keep on explaining until you understand.
I was here on Sunday. Even I arrived at 10.30am, the queue is already long (they open at 9.30am on weekend) and the staff informed me that already got 12 cats queued up! He was so busy handling the registration for consultation and neuter appointment as well as preparing the meds for clients. That is why he cannot have a long chat in phone calls and keep it short but precise (as I saw the review saying the guy asked to book appointment via Whatsapp instead of calls)
My furry-kids came for yearly vaccine and as usual Dr Andy will answer all my question in details and advise me what to do. If people ask regarding the price, here they offer very affordable price.
Will continue support Dr Andy and Khir here at Cat Buddy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I adopted two very cute kittens and started going to Cat Buddy Veterinarian Clinic mid of September (14/9). The vet has very good reviews on google and since it's near where I stay I decided to give them a try. My first visit was a good experience, the vet was very friendly and handled my kittens very professionally. However, I noticed that one of my kittens has not been eating well, loosing weight instead of gaining weight for the week and I decided to pay a second visit to the vet on a Saturday (25/9) late evening 5pm to get my kitten checked. I raised my concern to Dr. Andy and he reassured me that my kitten is fine and to bring the kittens to the vet again next week (2/10). On Monday (27/9) morning, I woke up to find out that my kitten has passed and I was very devastated. I voiced my concern to them during our last visit which was just two days ago (25/9) and they didnt address my concern which resulted a huge loss on my part. I drop the clinic a message via what’s app to update them of what happen to my kitten and they just ignore me. They did not try to offer any condolences or even acknowledge my message up till now. I hope they could’ve provide some explanation or at least a condolence. I'm sharing my experience with the public in hope that others would not have to go through similar situation as I did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great experience. we had to walk-in because my wife received a sick kitten just last night. reception was friendly, doctor was gentle & explained everything in detail. the place is cat-friendly there's even a few nice cats (owned by the clinic?) roaming around making people & some cats happy. and the pricing, wow, so affordable, the clinic near my place would've charged us triple. thank you ??
