β β β β β Their service was fair and the price for consultation is reasonable. I went to the vet three times altogether and was attended by three different vets. The only thing that bother me was the lady vet that attended to my cat was a little rough, would be okay if she was more gentle. I was happy with my first visit that was attended by Dr Sylvia Hong who handled my cat gently and nicely.

β β β β β Honestly, I've been to other vets and this one, by far has got to be the worst. I have few reasons though. Not friendly, I feel like they only choose certain customers to be friendly with. Not safe enough for my pets, I dont feel secured enough while I was there. The process could've been much better in my opinion. I would appreciate it if they at least care for my pets rather than just the payment they get. Bad experience, sorry. Not going here anymore.

β β β β β Dr Low is very professional and patient, providing detailed explanations during consultations. Am really glad that my pet survived pyometra surgery via his consultations and referral. Price wise is very reasonable, they do not overcharge if deemed unnecessary.

β β β β β Always come back for my dogβs yearly vaccination. All the doctors here are very professional and patient. Besides, doctor also recommend the vaccine accordingly. Currently due to CMCO, you will need to make appointment in advanced before dropping by. They donβt take walk ins at the moment.

β β β β β I've been coming here for 15 years, where I truly believe having this vet as my dog's doctor has contributed to it's healthy, long life. Dr Low is a very experienced doctor who meticulously diagnose my dog every single time it is down with something. He is able to instill confidence in his diagnoses with detailed and factual explanations. Dr Low will not hesitate to recommend other vets for issues and areas that he believes is not his forte. Best of all, his fee is extremely reasonable.
