★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst bank to do whatever service that you want. System always down, less helpful staffs, no responsibility to even return a call. You can call the branch for numerous times, no one ever picks up the phone. By luck if someone does pick up the call, they will never return the call upon checking what you’ve requested.
What kind of reason to provide to a client saying that “my remittance officer is on leave, hence we cant do the remittance transaction”. It’s been going on for a week! You expect us to come every time and check whether your officer is on leave is it? You do not have any relieve staffs? What kind of management and service are you providing for the public?
