β β β β β The after service job from the lady boss is not good. Try to make the eye brow touch up appointment with the lady boss but you can felt the lady boss not entertain much on after service job and she will told you right now no time for appointment on touch up and suppose she need to re-plan with her customer on which date she is ok but she did not and no reply. Feeling that she just do one time service job only. Pls. consider this shop first before you try the service. Lousy service.

β β β β β Mist brow embroidery done by Ms Brenda Lam fell short of expectations. Colour faded after 3 days, one eyebrow was thinner than the other and one eyebrow tail completely disappeared. When contacted, she informed me that "this is the problem for people with reddish brown eyebrows and that she will touch up for me." Her attitude during the touch up service was abrupt and unconcerned that my eyebrows were looking ugly .Even after the touch up, my eyebrows appear unnatural and one eyebrow remains thinner than the other. I would not recommend her services to anyone.

β β β β β Tha after service touch up follow up is not good. I did ask her for touch up within 3 months but she no open due to mco. Then when we follow up for touch up, she never informed new due date, within how many montafter she open bck the shop. She expect customer guess the new due date ourself so she has excuses saying too long after 6 months, u hv to pay again and previous free touch up service is over.
