★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ana is awesome at doing Brazilian Wax. She's so attentive to my body language, and always slows down if she sees that I'm in pain. She also answers all my questions with regards to Bubblegum's package. In addition, she also gave tips on how to keep my nether region fuss free when I don't have time to come and do waxing. She did not push me to sign up any packages (which is awesome).
Lastly, the wax temperature is just nice and doesn't hurt my nether region as well. I will definitely come back in 5 weeks time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had appointment at 430pm on Saturday. I was stuck in the traffic jam for 2hrs, starting from federal highway exit to icity/padang jawa. Although I've reached in front of the establishment, there was no parking at all....most likely because of pre-raya shopping spree! Goodness, never will I go there during ramadhan or a weekend. nothing wrong with the establishment but be prepared for the horrible traffic congestion! Plus lrt construction going on. Terrible experience.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The waxing experience has always been good but the waiting time is not so much because it depends on the customer before you. If the staff needs to take longer time to entertain the customer then your appointment time will be affected. Like today, my appointment was delayed by 15 minutes. Not to mention, it has been an hour since my treatment but I still haven’t received the receipt that the receptionist promised to email me earlier.
