★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the chicken cordon bleu was a little too crunchy and slightly hard to eat. I think they overcooked it- which obviously shows since it's brown and not golden as it was supposed to be.
and the set meal comes with fresh fruit juices. When we were ordering, the waitress said that they only have watermelon juice out of 4 or 5 other options.. which we felt was a little frustrating.
clean and good ambience. i think they need to work on the food quality and preparation methods.
you can't be serving "almost" burnt cordon bleu all the time.... it's unhealthy and unappetising.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know about other outlet, but I like this one based on my experience alone. On my 12th anniversary, I requested "12th" to be written on our cake. But the staff took to their innovation and kindness by drawing beautiful roses on it. I was so touched. Thank you so much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought white choc macadamia cake for take away. They just take the order at the outside of the store. Only those who want to eat there are allowed into the restaurant. There are chairs available for us to sit while waiting. I bought Hokkaido cheese tart also, and it taste good, better than the one I bought earlier from the same outlet. Parking is super difficult there, so many cars park at the road and block other cars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we need to scan for order. with line interruption and many issue with personal mobile phone, SR should come up with order menu kiosk like mcd or small iPad. otherwise better use the conventional method of ordering.. this barcode order using customer phone is delaying order. no wonder the shop is empty...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reason we love going to secret recipe is because it has a complete menu. Everybody gets to enjoy food that they love whenever we come here. Even if you dont want to have heavy meals you can always go for snacks or even coffee and cakes. Try their savoury pastry its always our favourite since its first open.

I had a birthday ?? dinner, but the girls doesn't know when to serve the desserts and main dish and appetizers.
The food came one short.
By right, the waitress should ask whether the cake is to be served after or before . And the spelling was also wrongly done. Princess is with a double SS and not princes.
The food was ok. I got a overcooked scampi. I wonder if the waitress and staff had gone for proper training? I seriously don't like the service at all. No smile. No warmness and friendliness from any of them.
They were not friendly as other branch of secret recipes.
