★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love how the staff handle even it was peak hour dinner and they all are struggling to makesure our order is ready, the staff still can maintain to be polite on every her customer. I don't know her name but all i know is she's free hair girl that served us. I tau dalam tegas2 dia, dia masih boleh cuba untuk layan customer dengan baik, i suke ?? Makanan semua cepat siap. tak smpai sejam pon walaupun dah struggle nampak prepare order. You guys should be proud that all staff kat sni baik-baik belaka, but i do like the girl yang free hair pnya service. You guys should award her. ????

The owner/supervisor/store manager gave the "I don't care" look when her staff was asking for help at the cashier, didn't reply the staff, continued doing her work, and we waited 15 secs before she got off her seat to assist. 'Great' customer service!
