D	Diyana Aqila on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor maintenance, few animals..The Safari park too large & not allowed bringing outside food but only one cafe were open(near entrance). If we were at the end of park then have to go back to the entrance which the route is up side down. Not worth of my Rm32.

The tram ride basically is just waste of time and resources, there are only few animals there and the tram only pass by not even wait for a minute there, some animals are "hidden" you not able to see them, I think it's better quarantined all the animals and we walk ourself. There are few show there but all just wasting time except the fire show, in most of the animal show, they just bring out the animals and talk a lot and then bring it back from stage. The worse are most the talks are in Bahasa Malayu, I'm ok with Malay of course but do they expect foreign tourists know Bahasa Malayu? Most of the facilities also not well manage #BukitGambangSafariPark #BGSP #BGRC

Then decided to eat at the restaurant “ dinner wit the lion “ but unfortunately u have to book first before u came . Then , went to another restaurant called summer ordered their nasi goreng . So disappointed ??‍♀️ . Tasteless and not worth the price at all . Hoping they improve on that . Good tram experiences as the guider really explain and share about all the animals . Thumbs up on that .
D	Derrick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Park landscaping and inner facade not too well maintain. But the animals look healthy, although not many of them around, but still worth the price of admission. Feeding the bears was nice.

The management might have some funding issues and are not doing enough marketing of the place. Maybe because it's located really far from major population centers, so it's really a hassle to get there. However the place is worth a visit if you're nearby. It just feels a bit dead with barely no visitors but us, and the animals! Despite that, they stick doing all the shows on time, which are quite elaborate. Just make sure you drink lots of water and are fit to walk around up and down as this place is huge. In addition to promotion, the place needs more cooling, like fans and sprinklers for the visitors.
P	P.J. T.A.S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here before years ago and loved it. Now, it is merely a side show for ppl going to the water park. Maintenance is poor. Most exhibits have very little or no animals. Way to many empty enclosures. kudos to the guide who gave the narrative for the safari though. He (tajuddin, I think) was very knowledgeable. For the price, not worth it.
