Suitable for beginners and those who need a quick exercise before breakfast. The top has no views but there's a route after which lead to lake view, yet they closed it (not sure what's the reason). Maybe not our lucky day?

Overall hiking destination is to reach the peak, reservoir and a small waterfall. This place started with slightly steep until reach to the peak. Once u reach the peak, the next destination will be the reservoir. When u reach a split road after pitstop at peak, you will reach a split road. for this route, turn left is shorter and easier route. If you want more challenging route(longer, steeper, slippery - if rain) you can use right lane. When you reach the reservoir, you will be enjoying a very peaceful, chilling and cooling environment. Try reach the reservoir early which is around 8 when not much hikers. We do notice some people was bitten by leech but it is very rare. try bring some salt in case you need to use it. Good luck and Have a enjoyable hiking journey!

Well laid out. Clean environment. Not terribly muddy when it rains. The hike/run is segmented into 3 sections. 1) steep hike up and down 2) flat around the lake 3) up to the peak of the water station, path fairly unkept.

For me, its very challenging. take me like 5 hours hiking and get down. The trail is well marked and no problems for solo hiking. But sometimes there are two route leading to same direction but different lengths. The lake is quite far but it's worth it

A pretty tough hike up and down a hill to an old dam which has a loop. Beware leeches, plenty in the jungle area. Overall a really decent hike and one I would try again. Beautiful place early in the morning.

One must arrive early to find a parking spot. Mid range difficulty level. But there are ropes everywhere along the road which makes hiking easier. Need to be careful with children. Lake view is awesome. Also, you can enjoy the sounds of the different insects, birds and monkeys in the forest.

This hill requires equal hard work compare to Bukit Sri Bintang. There is no 'wow' view at the hill top, but if you were to continue yr hike, there's a beautiful/peaceful green lake awaiting. There are plenty of amazing pitcher plants growing by the lake, clockwise towards the pavilion..whc really is an attraction. On the day we went (after the recent thunderstorm) there were many fallen trees along the path (around the lake), we had to literally crawl under/climb over those fallen trees..then again was an adventure.. Ah..there were leeches too, more if you were to detour and head up into the c1-c2 route...

The best short hike for beginner! All the hikers there are so friendly greeting each other ,Once you've reached the reservoir you will see the beautiful lake scene.
