The wind is chill, the air is fresh. Went there a fee times, including right at the Raya Night, a bit too noisy when “Mat Rempit” riding around, and also some people playing the firecrackers. But if you don’t mind the sound, then it is definitely a great place for sightseeing at the festival period.
Very recommend people to visit there at a normal night, not any festivals period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a place where you can enjoy the KL skyline from the west side, meaning there's a good chance for enjoy the sunset of Kuala Lumpur. Daytime visit might giving you surprises like witnessing thunderstorm afar, while nighttime visit offers you a beautiful cityscape. Parking might me troublesome. There's a lot of street food here during night time.
