★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Takes about 1.5 hours to reach the waterfall. The sight wasnt that great either as there were plastic bottles around. It was great to wash up and sit there awhile though. Overall not worth the time and effort to hike to see this falls

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a bit exhausting for 1st timers or irregular hikers. However, there are few other hikers on weekends as well, who can give directions and tips. The path is also clear because people usually hike there, unlike some other hills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean area as it's maintained by the hill's committee member. Not an exactly an easy hike but it's doable. Don't be surprised if someone in their night market attire zoom by you while going up the hill. And do not litter and bring back your rubbish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The trail is quite tough since its all up and up to the top. Quite a workout. If you are beginner, you might want to consider going via bukit apek.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place for mountain training especially for Kinabalu because it has many stairs-like trails going to Saga Hilltop. From Saga Hilltop, you can opt to go to Waterfall, Langat Watergate or even go to Apek Hill.
Must be careful though because a lot of hikers who go waterfall and use other routes afterwards can get lost and found themselves at Apek Hill.
There are many trails here but also many uncles that are expert of these routes. If get lost, ask the friendly uncles who will guide you where you want to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficult hike . Loved it. After 2 hrs of walk, we reached the waterfall. It was very tiring to walk back ??. Don't forget to take water, snacks n a towel.
