The view from the top is magnificent and the climb up to the top provides a good workout.
There are 2 rest areas at different halfway points so you can always stop for a rest or drink before climbing up to the top.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to go for a short hike. There are more than 20 different trails you can take and are well marked. Some are short but steep climbs. There’s a Kanni Koil (temple) up there that offers a calm and spiritual get-away from the city. The bonus is that you can watch both sunrise and sunset from the top.
